Technology Tools

Today in class we all presented our technology tools. Majority of all our tools, were tools that had multiple uses. For example, students can read, take tests, review, etc. on the site. All the tools were also versatile for more than one grade level.
My tool was studysync. Its so unfortunate that it's specifically for middle and high school students, I hope they decide to target elementary so I can use it. However, Rachel's raz-kid is similar but for elementary. So maybe I'll use that instead. I wish all the tools were free, but Dr. Rivera mentioned grant writing.
Overall, everyone's tools were excellent. I'm glad they shared them with us. Good job everyone! Great tools and great microteaching practicums!!!

  1. Hi Amanda! Yes, all the tools were great! I think it would be a great idea to start writing grants now because there are so many awesome resources that can make learning fun for our students!

  2. Hi Amanda! I thought your tool would be very useful especially since it is 175.00! Let's hope they create one that is geared more toward the lower grades before we all graduate!

  3. Hey Amanda, it was good to see all the different tools and it is unfortunate yours is for the upper grade levels. It was still something I haven't heard of before and I will keep in mind. Great job!

  4. I was happy that the tools ranged in grade levels because we can always modify. I was also pleased to see all the different tools and ways to use them with the students, parents, and teacher. Nice job!
